Birth Services

Update on my services

Hey there,

I wanted to give you a quick update on my services. Right now, I'm taking a pause from providing birth support as I'm diving deeper into my midwifery studies. This temporary shift will allow me to grow and better serve our community in the future!

However, I'm still here to support you in other beautiful ways ✨

If you're seeking to honor your postpartum body through belly binding, or wish to celebrate your transition into parenthood with a closing ceremony, I would be honored to assist you.

Lastly, for those seeking a birth doula, I've lovingly curated a list of colleagues on my resources page 💕

Wishing you all the best on your perinatal journey!🌟

Birth Preferences and Comfort Measures Workshop

This two-session educational workshop, led by myself and my doula sister Noemi Delgado, aims to provide expectant parents with the knowledge and tools necessary for an informed birth experience. The total fee for both sessions is $300. Each session lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours. During these sessions, the following topics will be covered:

  1. Birth Preferences: Review and discussion of your birth preferences and important considerations.

  2. Comfort Measures: Hands-on demonstrations of positions, comfort measures, and relaxation techniques for the expectant parent.

  3. Partner Support: Instruction for the partner on ways to support the expectant parent during labor and birth.

This workshop is designed to empower expectant parents and their partners with the knowledge and skills needed for a positive and supportive birth experience. It is an excellent option for individuals who do not want birth support or who need a refresher.

Fee | $300
